Returns and Exchange
We want you to enjoy every product you get from us, but we understand that sometimes, you might have to return a product because it doesn’t quite fit. We’re happy to take it back and exchange it within a 7-day period if it meets the following criteria:
- It is in good and sellable condition
- It still has all the tags and is in its original packaging (shoes must be returned in the original box of purchase)
- It is not stained, not worn and not damaged (Scuffed, dirty shoes or cereal stained clothes are a No-No ☹)
- We’re unable to exchange discounted items (All sales items are on a final-sale basis)
- In line with global returns standards, white and cream coloured items and undergarments/intimate wear are not eligible for returns.
- It is within seven (7) days from the day you received your package(I know we said this already).
How to return an item:
To initiate a return or exchange, kindly complete the following steps:

- Ensure that there is no noise in your environment when you make the call so as to have good communication
Refunds: Store Credit
We are happy to refund your wallet as soon as we process your returns. Within 24 hours of processing your returns, you’ll receive an email or SMS letting you know that your wallet has been credited. You can pay out of your store credit (your wallet) for subsequent orders.
